Rosetta goes up-market
The Zia Rosetta format originated in Rome's Rione Monti quarter in 2013 and combined the practicality and agility of street food with the ingredient sourcing and matching and the level of care we expect from haute cuisine.
Informal and welcoming, Zia Rosetta bases her menu on the famous Italian sandwich, an icon of Roman breadmaking, with fillings drawn from classic traditional dishes and the best of local produce. Salads, dishes, centrifuges and sweet delicacies complete the list of items on offer.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a classic, bourgeois and refined mood similar to the Parisian bistros; the goal is to create a customer experience with a glamorous and elegant flavour, a little retro, a kind of rich simplicity.
As well as city centres, strategic development channels include department stores, outlet centres and high-flow tourist locations.
The opening of the first flagship store is scheduled for the second half of 2022.
