The ancient craft of fresh pasta meets today’s consumer dynamics in an innovative format. The authentic flavour of tortellini calls back to pleasant moments of convivial family life, now a little more sparkling, modern and urban, thanks to a speedy, practical service with a fast, casual flavour.
Stortellini’s menu is a triumph of fresh stuffed pasta, ranging from classic Emilian meat tortellini in broth to numerous, even more delicious variations.
Stortellini’s defining feature? Versatility, which lends itself perfectly to the many daily occasions to enjoy their pasta: for lunch or dinner, or as an excellent alternative snack (in its sweet version) or after-work aperitif (fried).
Their selling point? Take-away: the product can be consumed anywhere (on the street, in the office, at university); the functional, disposable packaging is an excellent solution for everyone wanting to have a full meal in a short amount of time.
After their debut at Leolandia theme park in 2020, Stortellini entered the travel sector in April 2021, opening a corner-store in the food court of Areas Italia-MyChef – our strategic partner and a global leader in travel catering, present in the main airports, stations and highways across Italy and around the world.
With two openings in July 2021 in the service areas of Crocetta Nord (AT) and San Martino Est (PR) and a fourth corner store opened at the end of 2021 in the service area of Cascina Gobba (MI), Stortellini consolidated its presence in the travel world, offering travellers a stop of the highest quality.
In 2022, Stortellini opened a corner-store in Orio al Serio (BG) and La Pioppa (BO). They have upcoming openings in Bologna and Rome, and are set to hit 10 openings by the end of the year.
