Rubina was born in Tuscany in 1981. She comes from a powerful culinary tradition: from an early age, she learned the value of the art of dining as a moment of conviviality from her Apulian mother and Tuscan father.
A former professional ballet dancer, she developed a deep understanding of food and its properties, gaining a healthy eating education that led her to naturally seek out balance, flavour and beauty in her dishes.She devoted herself to her career with commitment and dedication, starting from basic certifications and working up to the Cordon Bleu Academy of Haute Cuisine, and later joining the Masterclass of the fifth edition of MasterChef Italy.A fierce competitor, well-known for her strong character, Rubina won the public's respect and admiration, to the point of being considered the programme's moral winner.
Her dream came true: what began as a simple hobby became her job.She was proud to join the Villa Crespi team, working alongside Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and collaborating on the Coach Kitchen project with Michelin Star Filippo Saporito.
In 2018 he took on a new challenge, participating as a finalist in the MasterChef All Stars special edition, together with the best competitors drawn from all editions of MasterChef Italia.
Today, Rubina is Personal Chef, Brand Ambassador, catering consultant and Executive Chef, in Italy and abroad. With F Retail, he is involved in the creation of recipes for many projects.
