'Creator of dreams', 'enfant prodige of Italian pastry', 'dessert stylist'. These are some of the flattering nicknames given to Roberto due to his lightning-fast career, built on disciplined and rigorous training and supported on the wings of his innate creativity. 

A pastry chef, AMPI master (of the prestigious Academy of Italian Pastry Masters) and founder of Rinaldini Pastry spa, Roberto Rinaldini has certainly lived up to his potential. A standard-bearer of the quality and excellence of Italian handmade pastry, he has created an original, modern and elegant style, distinguished by its frequent forays into the world of fashion.

Each of his desserts is conceived as a stand-alone dish, a sartorial masterpiece boasting a thorough search for quality: from the selection of raw materials to the processing techniques, up to packaging choice and sales environment.He has won multiple awards in several sector-specific competitions, among which World Champion of Ice Cream and Best Dessert Award at the WPTC World Pastry Team Championship . He was selected as Pastry Chef of the Year at the XX AMPI Symposium ( Academy of Italian Pastry Masters) and joined Relais Dessert, the prestigious French Association that brings together the world's elite in haute pâtisserie and chocolate-making.


From his twenty-year friendship with Mario Esposito, who has always been his number one fan, was born the idea of retail development 2.0. Rinaldini Pastry spa was able to embrace this new course, oriented towards accessible luxury pastry, thanks to the arrival of entrepreneur Micaela Dionigi.

The Rinaldini House, inaugurated in October 2018, is a new international-level state-of-the-art production laboratory. Spanning 3500 square metres, it guarantees the times, quality and respect for tradition and craftsmanship in all Roberto's creations, in every store:

October 2017 Rome , in via del Tritone, inside the new Rinascente;

April 2018 Milan , in via Santa Margherita, a stone's throw from La Scala Theatre;

June 2018 , Rome, in Termini station, on the Termini Terrace.

In October 2019, in collaboration with the Mychef-Areas group, the first "travel-format" store is inaugurated inside Milano Linate airport.
