Mario Esposito

Founder

An expert in the Retail Distribution and Franchising Development sector, from developing the business concept to international organisation and management. CEO and President of both national and multinational groups within the fashion sector (President of Europa Fiorucci spa. CEO of Laguna Profumerie spa. CEO of Lvmh, Sephora division).Ever an avid food enthusiast, Mario co-founded the Assaggia Italia format. He leverages strategic relationships to optimise the most suitable pathway to business scalability for each business idea or project.


He developed F Retail’s core business in the fields of Food, Fashion and Supplies.Mario is a speaker at international conferences in the retail sector and for several Italian universities.

Luca Burnacci

Founder

He forged his career as a young manager for multinational companies, later becoming Human Resources Director at Nokia Italia SpA. In 2000 he turned his attention to the retail market, covering a number of top management roles for the Policentro Group, gaining extensive, unique experience in the development and management of multipurpose shopping centres in Italy and abroad.


He is an expert in selecting IT, management and cash systems for retail and is the contact person for the creation of industrial and business plans, as well as for the constant monitoring of a project’s adherence to its development strategy, both in terms of revenue and cost.

Maria Pia Attolini

Retail & Marketing Director

Expert in retail management and strategic marketing, she has been leading the development of factory outlets for many years and holds the role of General Manager. She is responsible for developing marketing and omni-channel communication plans and CRM strategies.She defines F Retail’s marketing strategy in collaboration with its founders and is the reference manager for all projects, on top of supervising project management activities: from a brand’s retail development study to subsequent store openings.


A lecturer in marketing and business organisation, she selects resources and training plans to support staff growth and coordinates the resources of the company’s main departments, managing critical issues.

Mara Martegiani

Digital & Marketing Specialist

Following commercial and IT training, she became a manager in the mobile service sector and later an entrepreneur.In her many years of collaborating with F Retail, she has covered various commercial and executive secretarial roles.


Her passion for the internet led her to obtain specialised certifications in digital marketing management, graphic design and copywriting.Today, she coordinates and manages social networks, websites and advertising campaigns, monitors the effectiveness of social media activities and collaborates with marketing management on strategic analysis and reviewing operational materials.

Martina Budellini

Junior Marketing Assistant

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Organisation, Martina’s professional career was already taking shape during her university studies, when she took over the management of social media channels for a food business and a start-up, whose social media pages, image and pop materials she managed.


Her studies and exciting first steps in Digital Marketing led her to take specific Social Media Management and Digital Photography courses, obtaining the respective certifications. She then gained experience in managing an E-Commerce platform, handling copywriting, graphic design and operational activities.In F Retail, she is assigned to the Marketing Division, where she takes care of operational marketing and contributes to the creation of all the necessary tools for retail projects.

Francesca Ciucci

Food & Beverage Specialist

After earning a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology, she moved to London to kickstart her career. It is there that Francesca discovered the fascinating sectors of catering and retail food consultancy. After returning to Italy, she decided to follow her new passion and take a specialisation course in Food and Beverage Management at the ISTUD Foundation – Business School in Baveno.

Today, she handles all food operations, with a focus on product engineering, kitchen equipment, delivery systems, scouting and coordination of F&B suppliers and food organisation during store openings.

Rubina Rovini

Food Manager

She built up her culinary career with commitment and dedication, obtaining certifications from the Cordon Bleu Academy of Haute Cuisine, participating in the Masterclass of MasteChef Italia’s fifth edition and becoming a finalist in the only Italian edition of MasterChef All Stars.


She joins the prestigious team of Villa Crespi alongside Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and works on the Coach Kitchen project with Michelin star Filippo Saporito. Today, she works as an entrepreneur and consultant in the catering sector, supporting the development of new start-ups and handling corporate restructuring.With F Retail, she collaborates strategically on the food & beverage offer in retail for all development projects.

Thomas Bonci

Operation Manager

Thomas started out as a cook, his profound curiosity leading him to acquire experience in different types of cuisine: from the Romagna tradition to ethnic Mediterranean cooking, from breadmaking to Japanese sushi.In 2018, he moved on to managing and coordinating catering projects, while taking up a study programme that allowed him to develop and make use of a full-rounded view of the food retail sector. In F Retail, he holds the role of Operation Manager, a key figure in store opening phases and organisational and managerial support.

Alberto Manzoni

Design Manager

In the course of his career, this Strategic Design expert has worked with multinational companies such as Panasonic, B&B Italia, Technogym and Chicco.


A founder of Labomaki srl, Alberto is currently a professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan and teaches at Attilio Babbi Gelato Academy. “For me, design is research, innovation and culture.”For years now, he has been collaborating with F Retail in creating development project formats.

Ilaria Ventrucci

Designer

Passionate about product design, she broadened her skills at the Polytechnic University of Milan.

In Milan, she collaborated with design studios such as Giulio Iacchetti and Habits Design Studio, eventually joining Labomaki srl.

Simona Cesario

Franchising Developer

Simona started out in Publishing and Design, mainly handling commercial, promotional and communication activities.She then gained significant experience in the retail sector, specialising in commercial catering management, of which she oversees the entire implementation process, coordinating and monitoring the progress of development activities: from the preliminary stage to the promotional, up to the opening of the store.


She also coordinates and manages franchise development activities for all group projects.
